Chief Financial Officer

With 16 years of hands-on financial management experience, Ada has worked with three Hong Kong-listed companies and one A-shares listed company. She is highly experienced in investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, internal control systems, and liaising with third-party institutions, with a strong understanding of regulatory processes with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
